After a year of research and development, a year of custom drying for other companies, a year of perfecting our process, and a year of choosing the right partners; the time is near.
We’ve completed our soft roll out on our new trademarked Montanafied™ Spruce thermally modified wood siding over the past few months. We’ve been selling unfinished thermally modified and Class A fire treated wood siding with great success and feedback. We recently received our certification letter from the Boise Fire Marshal for Class A WUI zone compliance. Our Class A fire treatment is compliant in all states, currently excluding California and Colorado. However, it has passed all internal accelerated weathering and fire testing for both states. Over the next few months our Montanafied™ siding will undergo the 3rd party testing required to be sold in Colorado and California. We are very optimistic it will pass and look forward to selling an American grown and American made thermally modified sustainably sourced Class A fire treated wood siding to all 50 states.
We have finalized our 3 pre-stained colors which will be available very soon. We’re keeping things simple to ensure great customer service, affordable pricing, and short lead times.
