Will the wood actually look like it does in the photos?
Yes! In fact many say it’s better than they imagined it to be. Because it is reclaimed, there will be natural variation from board to board. That variation is part of the charm.
How do I know if the product is in stock?
When you request a quote, we check current stock and lead times for your specific order and give you a clear answer.
Who am I giving my info to?
Either Ryan or Karen, that’s it. Both are experts in the lumber industry and more than equipped to answer your question and/or give you a quote.
What if something goes wrong?
Things happen, but we don’t ghost you after the payment like some businesses. If your order is damaged, delayed, or doesn’t match what we promised, you’ll speak to Ryan or Karen directly.
Am I going to get hounded by salespeople?
Nope. It will always be either Ryan or Karen answering you or reaching out.
Where do you ship your reclaimed product?
We ship to all 50 states. Orders are packaged carefully, palletized, and shipped only after being visually graded so that the material arrives ready for installation.
Can I talk to someone before committing to anything?
Absolutely. Most customers talk with us before ordering to confirm measurements, finishes, usage, and expectations. It’s the best way to make sure hickory hardwood is the right match for your space.
