Yes! You’re working directly with Ryan or Karen until your project is finished and you’re happy with how it turned out.
Will the wood actually look like it does in the photos?
Yes! Beetle-killed pine has natural variation. That means what you see in photos is what shows up, just with its own unique character.
How do I know if the product is in stock?
When you request a quote, we check current stock and lead times for your specific order and give you a clear answer.
Who am I giving my info to?
Either Ryan or Karen, that’s it. Both are experts in the lumber industry and more than equipped to answer your question and/or give you a quote.
What if something goes wrong?
Things happen, but we don’t ghost you after the payment like some businesses. If your order is damaged, delayed, or doesn’t match what we promised, you’ll speak to Ryan or Karen directly.
Am I going to get hounded by salespeople?

Where do you ship your reclaimed product?
We ship to all 50 states. Orders are packaged carefully, palletized, and shipped only after being visually graded so that the material arrives ready for installation.
