Hand Scraped Flooring

Hand scraped flooring has been a very popular trend for the past 10 or so years. Will this trend continue? We’d love to hear your comments.
As a flooring company we’re seeing an up tick with any textured flooring. Our most popular have been our hand scraped Douglas Fir and our circle sawn Douglas Fir. The feedback we receive from our customers is they want a wood flooring they don’t have to “tread lightly” on. Textured flooring is the perfect choice if you have kids, dogs, or if you just don’t want to worry about some dings and dents along the way. The more wear and tear just adds to the character.
Most of us live pretty active lifestyles, the last thing you want to worry about is dinging up your new floors.
