The building industry is still trying to climb out of the current recession and large sawmills are sitting on millions of feet of inventory they simply can’t sell. We have partnered with a number of local sawmills to help reduce their current inventory levels at prices well below retail. In addition to cutting our own timber we will be stocking a “cash and carry” inventory of other sawmills lumber products at overstocked price levels. We currently have 2×6 premium T&G, 1×6 and 1×8 blue stain V-joint, framing materials, and surfaced boards instock.
Quantities change daily so please contact Mike Wemple Cell # 406-550-3483, Office #: 406-235-1020; for daily inventory levels and prices. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Mike will be compiling an ongoing list of inventory and specials he can email or text to you on a regular basis as inventories and specials change daily.
In order to reduce over head and cut costs, our overstocked cash and carry will only be open on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 8:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m. Cash or checks only, all sales final.
